1st Prize $8,000 - supported by the Wallace Arts Trust

+ a solo engagement with the Vector Wellington Orchestra in 2014

Pultron Composites Award: Best Performance of a Work by a New Zealand Composer $1,000

Tiromoana Recital Prize: A return visit to Gisborne to perform at the Tiromoana Summer Concert Series $1,000

Monash University Recital Prize, the opportunity for a New Zealand competitor to present a recital of New Zealand music at the Monash University Music in the Round (Melbourne) $1,000
